We currently only offer shipping to United States addresses online. Please contact us directly to request international shipping. Customer will be responsible for all duty, taxes and customs fees.
GROUND SHIPPING
Estimated Arrival Date on individual product pages will default to ground shipping or any shipping promotions current at the time of the order. Ground shipping generally takes longer than air services, so your package may not arrive for several days (approximately 3-5 business days).
SECOND DAY AND OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
Orders placed and payment approved by 11 a.m. ET Monday - Friday will be shipped after order processing completes. Processing times for most orders are one day, but products requiring customization, such as rings needing to be sized and personalized items, can take up to 12 days to process.
Orders placed after 11 a.m. ET or on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, will also be subject to processing times (pending payment approval).

When you make a purchase at MadalynsJewelry.com, you may choose to have your order held for pickup in our St. Augustine store, always FREE. This is a great way to receive your order whenever it's convenient for you — and to keep secret gift-giving a surprise.

If you choose the in-store pickup option, your order will be ready for pickup the following business day. You have 30 days to pick up your purchase.
When you come into the store, you'll need to sign for your purchase and present a valid photo ID. For your protection, we require the order be picked up by the person who made the purchase.
Please note: After 30 days, your order will be returned to our inventory, and the original method of payment will be credited.
